The Old Capitol and Vietnam Memorial

Just across the street from the Old Capitol is the Tallahassee's Vietnam War Memorial. It was designed so the US Flag is oriented towards the Capitol, offering a unique perspective. Standard framing style includes double matting of ivory with a blue accent matt that matches the sky. The frame is wood grain with a walnut-brown finish.
